Community Funds & Asset Expenditure

Authors: @NRaff & @Atheros Elected Representatives of the DAO, DAO Council, and Officers/Volunteers to be imbued with the authority to transfer/commit funds as outlined in this proposal.

Mission: The intent of this proposal is to offer a community-driven allocation for governing the disbursement of DAC funds. Priorities are delineated based on monthly needs (required), wants (nice to have) and wishes (dreaming big).

Goal: To prudently manage community assets in order to promote sustained success of the DAC collection.

Budget Goals: To have 100% of annual costs stored in the contract wallet before further allocation of funds for project expansion.

Monthly Needs: Security (.1 Eth) Community Manager ($100 of DAC tokens per week (based on trait floor) or USDC as budget allows) Server Costs ($50) Metadata Storage ($30)

Monthly Wants: Access to other communities (up to 15 DAC to trade for partnerships and cross promotions) In-person meetup ($250 per hangout in large metropolitan areas with sponsor and good clear marketing)

Monthly Wishes: Rainy Day Fund/Savings ($2,500/mth) Dope Otherside Deed ($5,000 one time) Space at NFT events ($2,500 per meetup) based on approved proposal per event Floor Price Sweep - collection offer ($5,000)

Treasury Management: All fund disbursements regardless of price must be recorded and communicated transparently in the 'general' chat. For all community fund disbursements exceeding $500 - or the equivalent FP value of community-owned tokens - a DAO vote and approval will be required prior to proceeding. Operating capital for security will remain in ETH while a discretionary portion of the Rainy Day Fund will be converted to FIAT each month. Onwards to 100% transparency, top security and true decentralization for the Dope Ape Club community!
