Visual 'refactoring" of repetitive and unappealing visual traits in DAC collection into a cohesive collection.

Proposed executors: @tech_money for Art Direction, @JBacons for Social and Brand Messaging, @atheros for Administrative & Technical, @nRaff for Statistics and Collection Insights. @Notthe1 for Risk Analysis and Review. Proposal details:

1.) We have many 'traits' which are highly repetitive in our generative collection. While our rare traits are beautiful and well executed some of our most common traits languish because of the commonality of them. For instance, there are 933 Apes with a 'logo shirt' which is nearly 10% of the collection. The three traits which make up this visual style are: 'Logo Black Shirt' (Black shirt with a pink stripe) 'Logo Orange shirt' (Orange shirt with a pink stripe) and 'Logo White Shirt' (White shirt with a pink stripe) which are basically the same shirt. Without changing the Metadata or trait names etc. (therefore preserving all on chain rarities) we could simply update the art for these traits to contain an array of different shirts with far, far less repetition.

Example: The 328 'Logo Black Shirt' trait could have 10 of the existing style, 15 of a new shirt style which is also black base shirt of some type, 20 of another, 25 of another, 30 of another, 32 of another and so on until all 328 'Logo Black Shirt' apes have a new (visual) item of a 'black shirt' on.

We propose to do this for all of the highly repetitive traits in our collection. Note: we will NOT be changing the trait names or data, just updating the graphics for the NFTs that have these traits to produce considerably more unique apes across our entire collection! This will not change any rarities, but it will make many of our less visually appealing (often floor) apes considerably more interesting.

2.) We understand that many holders love the look of the exact ape they own and we especially recognize there are many 'grail' pieces which many of us own and have no intention or desire of changing those pieces especially in ways that are harmful to anyone. We understand that art is subjective, and everyone's tastes may vary and autonomy is core to web3 principles. The goal of this proposal is to offer a cohesive design style and color guide for our collection, which is entirely missing. Central to this idea is being able to simply have your apes 'reverted' to the original graphics as they were upon minting so everyone can have the best of both worlds. You will get to see the visual update for your apes and if you don't like them: for the 90 days following the update you can easily request your Ape be 'reverted' by filling out a simple web form and signing an on-chain message with your wallet address. We request that if you transfer the ape after the visual update that you do not make this request of us - but will still endeavor to make sure everyone is 100% satisfied with all outcomes within reason.

3.) Proposal costs: 1.75 Eth for updated art as per specs to be paid to @BIG SATIVA. $20/USDC/Month to pay for IPFS image/data management via Pinata.
