Allocation of Community Apes

Opening: The intent of this proposal is to offer a community-driven action plan for deploying our Dope Ape NFT assets. Priorities are delineated based on needs (required), wants (expected monthly promotions) and wishes (dreaming big).

Goal: To maximize the long-term value of all community apes in our treasury for the DAO & token holders.

Community Involvement: We shall decide how many apes to allocate for current collectors, collaborations and external partnerships.

Community Resolution: We shall achieve consensus on how many apes to allocate for current collectors, collaborations and external partnerships through on-chain DAO votes at regular intervals (expected Every 180 days) which can be called for and executed by any assigned officer of the DAO.

Expected Monthly Needs: Fund Operations (30 DAC)

Expected Monthly Wants: DDAC prizes for collectors (4)

Community giveaways (3) Collaborations or trades (3) Best fan art (1)

Expected Monthly Wishes: DAC Vault (collateralization at 1 ETH fp)

For tokens sold to fund operations offer prices above trait floors will be given primary consideration compared to bids at the floor price. No offers listed below trait floors shall be considered. Interested buyers should please submit all offers on Discord by opening a ticket, or they can place an offer on-chain.

In order to disburse tokens valued below $500 no DAO vote will be required. For token disbursements above $500 and outside the range of monthly expectations all apes will require a community DAO vote prior to the completion of any transfer.
