Proposed Executors: Big Sativa (merchandise partner for clothing production, fulfillment & design) and Sonja Savage (oversight, accounting & community product support).

Opening: The intent of this proposal is to offer a sustainable solution for order creation, processing and fulfillment of Dope Ape Club merch. It also lays the groundwork for expanded merchandising.

Goal: To place high quality promotional and lifestyle products into the hands of our users, supporters, and fans while benefiting the DAO via a profit sharing agreement. More specifically, we seek to offer a platform and process for users to easily purchase custom DAC merch featuring their apes and the Dope Ape Club branding. T-Shirts, Hoodies, Hats, Patches, & Stickers featuring our apes will be made available as per the ongoing DAO initiative.

Proposal costs: There are no expected upfront costs associated with this proposal. It should instead generate revenue for the DAO by incentivizing our merchandise partners to create a successful process for ordering & fulfillment of Dope Ape Club products. To be considered a DAO shop versus private enterprise 50% of profits from all sales must be provided to DAC.

Merch Fulfillment Processes: The main fulfillment site upon launch is https://www.mynftapparel.com/ To facilitate ordering we will link to the main fulfillment site from DAC’s primary website (dopeapedao.com). If multiple fulfillment sites for additional merch become necessary we will also link websites to our main site.

Partner Selection: In order to bring on new merchandise partners to offer custom products or product segments they will be reviewed and voted on. Although Dope Ape Club DAO does not own these external sites and is not liable for their use each provider will be vetted for security by the merchandise partners and DAO representatives prior to linkage.

Hoodies ($62): Gildan Material Cost: $29 (2XL +$4) DAO Profit: $16.50 Print: Direct to Garment, Front Up to 14in x 16in, Back: Up to 14 in x 16in, Collar Size Tag, DAC Tag

Note, expected margin of $33 shirt or hoodie to be split between merchandise partner & Dope Ape Club DAO evenly ($16.50 each).

Shipping costs within the United States are usually $8.00 although pricing may vary by region. Actual costs for shipping outside of the US is unknown.

New products to be added over time by community-approved merchandise partners will not require a vote.
