The market’s been rough, and the volatility has hit everyone hard. The migration to StarkNet is one of the most critical steps in DopeWorld’s evolution, and it needs to be communicated clearly, consistently, and with the same flavor and energy that’s defined our world so far.
MAD has been working with DopeDAO over the last six months, producing content, campaigns, and brand strategy to grow and energize the community across DopeWars, MeanStreets, and the broader DopeWorld ecosystem. While our full 6-month proposal (DIP-97) laid the foundation, we believe this next 3-month sprint is necessary to support the migration and maintain communication throughout the process.
This is a reduced-cost, continuation proposal to keep comms alive during the migration period.
MAD will continue to lead DopeDAO’s communication during the migration period, following the strategic line established in DIP-97. The focus will be on maintaining a clear, consistent presence aligned with the tone and values of the ecosystem, while adapting to the needs that arise throughout the process.
Work will include strategic planning, content creation, and support for initiatives related to the migration, in coordination with Dopelabs, Cartridge, and the rest of the core team.

All other operational needs will be covered using funds already authorized in DIP-93 (STRK and USDC), which includes marketing and migration-related expenses.
No additional USDC or STRK authorization is required.
This is a practical proposal to ensure DopeDAO’s communication stays consistent during a key transition. The focus is on continuity, clarity, and alignment.
