GM Dope World

After long consideration this proposal will seek to build a team that can carry Dope World to success through this next pivotal period. After many years of grinding and uncertainty, I feel like we are on the cusp of making it to a sheltered consolidation point as a DAO where we can establish some medium to long term certainty for us moving forward.

We have released DopeWars.game which is DOPE as hell and a massive achievement for us. We have also made the pivot to SN with the Migration work well underway and the future relationship with the Starknet Foundation (and further funding) looking bright. We have proven ourselves as an organised DAO operationally, dev-wise, promotionally and with a loyal community albeit small but growing back.

The one key feature we are missing is a war chest. For too long we have lived week to week ravaged by the whims of the market. We have done well but we need to do better. If we can establish a treasury that matches our professionalism in other areas, we will be a force to be reckoned with in the burgeoning SN onchain gaming scene.

This proposal, if successful, will stand up the Paper Mafia consisting of five Members which will stay extant until its objective has been completed and thereafter can be dissolved through DIP. At such time we can look at implementing a more sophisticated Treasury Management System.

The five Dope DAO Members are:

2. Don Cyber
3. Kingpin SPRTN
4. The Liquidator a.k.a Mazzi
5. Sal Paradise Dope City Enforcer

The Paper Mafia will have two roles:

A. Manage DAO liquidity B. Build a warchest with the mandate to stable the DAO's STRK, ETH & OP as and when required. The goal will be to raise 300-500k, however the mandate will be to do what is necessary for Dope DAO success.

As we know, the market moves quickly and DAO’s do not. So this team will be the DAO’s mitigating response to this reality. The Paper Mafia will always look to come to the best consensus amongst the group leaning on each other's strengths, however if it comes to the crunch funds will move on a 3 from 5 basis. The multi-sig(s) utilised will reflect this thereby allowing us to act swiftly when we need to. If we can navigate our way successfully though this next period the DAO will be in a powerful position.

Hustlers. Contrary to recent media events, the Dope Wars / Dope World Ecosystem is not dead! In fact it’s very much alive; Possibly more alive than it’s ever been!! We have survived our Frankenstein-like beginnings, now the machine is alive and the pulse is strengthening.
