Legal Research/Work Invoice Proposal

DOPEDAO

As this is the first time I have invoiced the DAO for any work, the proper process is to proceed through a snapshot to gauge the community feel before proceeding to a Tally Proposal that would release any funds. For my recent work over the last month on the Legal front I propose that the DAO pay me for 2 hours work at the rate of $900 per hour.

Nah jokes aside, I am a Lawyer but I have not been practicing for some time and I am not a Crypto Lawyer!!

Please see below the invoice I propose. It represents a much smaller portion of the hours that I have actually put into this! But I think it is fair because a lot of the research and analysis I was doing was learning. It’s not fair that the DAO would pay for that, and to be honest I have enjoyed doing it. It is strange how even tax law can be interesting when you have a vested interest and an awesome DAO to relate it all to.
