In response to constructive feedback and collective insights, I propose to refine my role within the dOrg sales team. This revision aims to optimize our sales process by concentrating on areas where I can add the most value—namely, lead qualification, client negotiations, crafting client proposals, drafting Statements of Work (SoWs), and ultimately, closing deals. This approach will allow for a more focused and efficient use of my expertise, while also leveraging the strengths of our team and technology to cover the entire sales funnel.
