TL, TR; A compensation for those dOrg members who pass leads to current Web3 Sales Lead. All you have to do is make the connection between the lead and the Sales Lead
5% of the first $100k ( limit $5k ) in revenue from that client regardless of how many projects or how long of a timescale it is generated across.
This way, the individual incentive is stronger early on, and then dOrg captures more of the long-term benefit (which makes sense since dOrg would be covering the cost of a sales lead to upsell and clientXP to improve retention)
