Stop refunding burn pet fee

There will be 2 options for getting the fee back after each Pet burn process in the Sacred Temple to own Spirits. Specifically as follows:

• Option 1: Stop refunding fee Instead of refunding this fee, we will allocate this budget to boost the rewards in upcoming events. Furthermore, eliminating this reimbursement step in the smartcontract would help to reduce the transaction fee. The new transaction fee could be lower when burning Pets.

• Option 2: Keep refunding fees to users Keep things where it is: when burning Pet, users are supported and refunded 0.0003BNB.
