Should Dracula add the DeFiDollar Governance Token (DFD) as a victim pool??

DeFi Dollar is a new stablecoin primitive based on using Curve and it's own stablecoin as collateral. There is currently a Genesis event which we have likely missed, but does have LP rewards for the next month in it's Balancer pool. The Balancer pool will generate DFD, and subject to whitelisting, may receive BAL rewards. See below for the DefiDollar intro and the Liquidity Mining details.
