To solve the problem of people unstaking from drc liquidity pool 5% penalty on unstaking. All penalties are withdrawn from liquidity pool. The drc is burned. The Eth is used to market buy Drc (which is also burned)

To solve the problem of people selling drc as its rewarded: New pool feasting pool. 10% of all eth is redirected to feasting pool. Feasting pool has the 5% unstake penalty.

To assist in burning: New pool hoarders pool. Stake drc (and drc only) to get eth rewards. 10% of all eth rewards are given to this pool. 5% unstake+burn penalty.

To assist in price appreciation: 80% of all eth is used to market buyback and burn drc.
