Proposal for the timtempleton pools

I propose that the following platforms be added to the dracula protocol https://niceee.org/#/ https://rottenswap.org/#/

Both are sushi swaps, with no premine, and with open source easily auditable code. Importantly, both are deflationary farming tokens. Nice has a better case than rot at being a truly deflationary farming protocol, but both do their job and maintain stable prices despite having good yields.
