This proposal is for extending the scope of the DSLA-IP0 Service Level Agreement (SLA), to the next three milestones in the DSLA roadmap.

Within the framework of this Service Level Agreement, the DSLA core development team shall commit to the timely release of the following DSLA-based products, per the roadmap at stacktical.com:

On top of improving DSLA's own SLA compliance capabilities, this proposal acts as further research material for a Deadline SLA template for DSLA Protocol.

• Join a DSLA Guild at https://guild.xyz/dsla

• Hold a minimum of 250K DSLA utility tokens through Snapshots 1 to 3.

• Vote here using the same wallet that holds your 250K+ DSLA utility tokens.

• DSLA utility tokens held in a CEX / DEX are not eligible.

• ⏰ Snapshot 1: May 18 2022 14:00 CET (DONE)

• ⏰ Snapshot 2 June 5 2022 14:00 CET

• ⏰ Snapshot 3: July 10 2022 14:00 CET

Distribution

• The compensation payout will use the DSLA utility token to encourage voters to use DSLA Protocol and the DSLA Network application.

• For each day behind schedule, 1,473,000.00 (1.473M) DSLA will be pooled by the DSLA core development team, and distributed to voting participants.

• The 1.473M DSLA daily rate applies to each product in the scope of this agreement.

• Compensation will be pooled for up to 10 days, per product in the scope of this agreement (up to 14.73M DSLA per product).

• The initial pool size is 14,730,000.00 (14.73M) DSLA, accounting for 10 days behind schedule of the Subnet Launchpad.

• The maximum pool size is 44,190,000.00 (44.19M) DSLA.

• The compensation pool will be equally distributed to voting participants that meet all requirements at the time of Snapshot 1, Snapshot 2 and Snapshot 3.

• The Subnet Launchpad compensation will be distributed before Snapshot 2 (June 5 2022).

• If the DSLA Triggers release is late, compensation will be distributed before Snapshot 3 (July 10 2022).

• If the DSLA Token Solo Staking release is late, compensation will be distributed after Snapshot 3 and before July 20 2022.

This Service Level Agreement terminates upon delivery of the Subnet Launchpad, DSLA Triggers, and DSLA Solo Staking, or on July 10 2022.
