[DSLA-IP5] is a proposal to streamline DSLA Protocol with the launch of v2.0, supporting only networks with the best growth potential and where DSLA’s new suite of use cases can be best put to work.
As such the recommendation is to deprecate support for Fantom in the DSLA codebase and the dsla.network dApp, and to not launch DSLA v2.0 on Fantom.
Note: This proposal does not have any immediate bearing on the trading or availability of the DSLA utility token on the Fantom network. There are no proposed changes regarding the availability of the DSLA utility token on Fantom, liquidity currently supplied on SpookySwap or bridge support.
The launch of DSLA v2.0 provides an opportunity to streamline DSLA operations and concentrate on chains that provide the best ROI, in the form of growth potential. Deprecating DSLA Protocol for Fantom allows attention and efforts to be focused on those growth areas.
