Roble Ridge Productions Compensation

TL;DR Roble Ridge Productions is a production studio based in Los Angeles that has been involved in the R&D for Spice DAO’s original animated limited series. Based on their agreement with the multisig in late November 2021 they are requesting a payment of 35,000 USDC for delivering assets requested by the Spice DAO multisig.

REQUEST

Roble Ridge Productions began advising a multisig signer in late November 2021 and agreed to deliver a treatment for the original animated limited series. We are happy to share the treatment and a first draft screenplay for the pilot episode written by Roble Ridge Productions. With these deliverables completed the Core Team is requesting payment be sent to Roble Ridge in the amount of 35,000 USDC as per the original agreement.

The Core Team requests authorization to make an immediate 35,000 USDC payment to the following wallet address controlled by Roble Ridge Productions: 0xF434e2f6f8318e4dA03A2781E0183eEef7f9543A
