Proposal

Burn your $SPICE to claim ETH from the DAO Treasury. We have written a custom smart contract where the value of 1,000,000 $SPICE = 0.3 ETH Participation in Redemption Phase One will require each $SPICE holder to register using our Google Form. Based on registrations the exact amount of ETH required to fulfill all redemptions will be transferred into our custom smart contract. The rest of the ETH will remain in the DAO Treasury.
