Mint NFT for all original ConstitutionDao Donator and PEOPLE holder

Reason : For those donators are the people provide the INITIAL resource and support for this project. some of them redeem their donation back, but this did not change the fact they have believed the spirit and acted on it.

NFT design: As Constitution said : "all men are created equal", so every PEOPLE NFT will be created equal. but this does NOT mean PEOPLE NFT should be homogeneous, PEOPLE NFT should have different features like race, gender, age, religion, birth place etc. so real human can collect/exchange to desired NFT base their social background.

NFT generation/distribution: a. every minter's address can mint several NFT (like five most) for free (gas is needed) at a designated block range. b. NFT will be published to Opensea. c. NFT's feature will be determined by a generator seeded by minter's address and an external entropy source to guarantee fair and even generation.

NFT usage: Minter can sell NFT on Opensea of course, but we wish owner can send their NFT to loved ones and be an evangelist of ConstitutionDao's core value.
