Remove point distribution from 2nd faction for collections

We propose that a collection which scores points from two factions in the same game should only receive points from the faction which rewarded the most points.

IE) Faction A includes collection C Faction B includes collection C as well

Faction A scores 30,000 points for the week and Faction B scores 20,000 points for the week.

Currently this results in Collection C receiving a total of 50,000 points.

We propose that the points from the lower scoring faction should be ignored resulting in collection C receiving 30,000 points.
