EBOG Prop 3 - Startup Reimbursements

From the time that the Treum team announced they would consider gifting an original Genesis token to the EB community a lot of work has occurred to bring us to this point. Some of this work involved spending actual ETH. This proposal is to refund the ETH that was needed to ensure we as a DAO were setup properly per the requirements laid out by Treum. A YES vote will accomplish two items. 1. Authorize the DAO gnosis wallet to send the following ETH amounts to the addresses listed below 2. Add discord member !Auryn to the membership roll of OG DAO for his contribution to its founding bringing our total membership to 775.

1. Reimburse Discord community member !Auryn the sum of 0.9204724132 ETH put forward to facilitate initial configuration of the Gnosis Safe and Snapshot instance and associated documentation. This is to come from DAO-held royalties generated by the OG LP and to be sent to address 0x53bcFaEd43441C7bB6149563eC11f756739C9f6A. 2. Reimburse Discord community member jaz the sum of 0.06286978023264 ETH put forward to buy and transfer the Crypto Corgi (demonstrate transfer of ERC1155 token) to the Gnosis Safe. This is to come from DAO-held royalties generated by the OG LP and to be sent to address 0x07b24ba3e50be7b4411138823176f4382163d59a.Transaction data can be found here and here
3. Reimburse Discord community member ThNarth the sum of 0.024643943 ETH put forward to mint and test transfer of a NFT to the Gnosis Safe. This is to come from DAO-held royalties generated by the OG LP and to be sent to address 0x20a361919000cab7cbb8b452815968c93f908435. Transaction data can be found here and here
