Proposal 003 [Arb]: Release $aEDE / $EDE LP pool

Team is proposing that we release a $aEDE/$EDE liquidity pool on CamelotDex.

Details as follows: -Pair 2,000 $EDE with 10,000 $aEDE to start off with, more can be deployed at a later stage if necessary. -The initial ratio will be 5:1, and we expect this to fluctuate. -After releasing the liquidity pool and letting the initial price stabilize, we can create a LP farm for $aEDE / $EDE upon further discussion to take place in discord. -The pool would go live on roughly 22nd of March, at after about 08:00ish UTC, TBA regarding the specific time.
