This proposal deals with potentially changing the way we distribute $ELP related $EUSD fees. Currently, $ELP distributes out fees generated via $EUSD to $ELP holders / stakers. This proposal looks at potentially changing this model to one of fee reinvestment, whereby the 45% fees are reinvested back into the $ELP, increase the value of the AUM without minting an additional $ELP, thereby increasing the value of $ELP.
Option 1. Change to fee reinvestment strategy, where by $ELP fees are reinvested back into the $ELP pool, increasing the AUM value of $ELP.
Option 2. Change to fee reinvestment strategy, keeping 20% of $ELP revenue given out as $EUSD, with other 25% of it being reinvested into $ELP.
Option 3. Further discussion needed
Option 4. Reject proposal entirely.
Note, there is no change to what % of revenue is distributed to $ELP, no matter what model we use, $ELP will still accrue 45% of fees generated by the protocol.
