Proposal 004: ESBT & $aEDE changes

As per our announcement, the EDE team plans to introduce a new $aEDE boost system and enable individuals to burn $aEDE for ESBT Epoints.

This proposal is for the following: -Enable creation of an $aEDE/$EDE liquidity pool (5:1 using 10,000 $aEDE tokens + 2,000 $EDE) when team has organized everything. If changes are made to the ratio, the community will be informed prior to launch of pool. -Change ESBT epoints required for rank, discounts & $aEDE vesting time. -Introduce new $aEDE ESBT boost system, enabling individuals to burn $aEDE for Epoints (50 on launch, but will be changed if increases or decreases are necessary).

Timeline for introducing these systems / changes will range from 1 day for the ESBT changes, to about 1 week as we will need to test the burning contract for $aEDE epoints boosting when it has been properly set up.
