Fee distribution & EDET emission reduction voting

This proposal deals with changing the fee distribution rate occurring within the protocol. In addition, changing the $EDET emission rate to ensure sustainability of the treasury.

Option 1 -Increase $ELP-1 from 45% to 60% -Decrease gEDE from 10% to 5% -Decrease EDET staking from 10% to 5% -Decrease treasury from 35% to 30% -Decrease $EDET emissions from 1 per day to 0.7 (0.6 for $EDE staking, 0.1 for $ELP staking)

Option 2 -Increase $ELP-1 from 45% to 60% -Keep gEDE at 10% -Decrease EDET staking from 10% to 5% -Decrease treasury from 35% to 25% -Decrease $EDET emissions from 1 per day to 0.7 (0.6 for $EDE staking, 0.1 for $ELP staking)

Option 3 -Increase $ELP-1 from 45% to 55% -Keep gEDE at 10% -Decrease EDET staking from 10% to 5% -Decrease treasury from 35% to 30% -Decrease $EDET emissions from 1 per day to 0.7 (0.6 for $EDE staking, 0.1 for $ELP staking)

Option 4 -Increase $ELP-1 from 45% to 65% -Decrease gEDE from 10% to 5% -Decrease EDET staking from 10% to 5% -Decrease treasury from 35% to 25% -Decrease $EDET emissions from 1 per day to 0.7 (0.6 for $EDE staking, 0.1 for $ELP staking)

Option 5 -Increase $ELP-1 from 45% to 50% -Keep gEDE 10% -Keep EDET staking 10% -Decrease treasury from 35% to 30% -Decrease $EDET emissions from 1 per day to 0.7 (0.6 for $EDE staking, 0.1 for $ELP staking)
