$ELP-1 EDET emission rate vote

This proposal is to decide what emission rate $ELP-1 stakers will receive.

This $EDET is coming from the 300k tokens the DAO has staked in the EDET staking contract.

The options are as follows.

Option 1 Provide 0.1 $EDET as daily rewards to $ELP-1 stakers

Option 2 Provide 0.2 $EDET as daily rewards to $ELP-1 stakers

Option 3 Delay - more discussion needed.

Note: this is an additional reward and isn't replacing anything. It is just providing additional non-dilutive daily incentives to $ELP-1 stakers.
