TP1: More discussion time next season?

I think that we could use more discussion space in Eden Fractal. Especially now that we are using Synchronous Respect trees (SRT) and see that there are many important discussion topics and we are barely covering only a couple in whole two weeks.

A couple of potential solutions: ⦁ Keep biweekly structure and SRT as is, just have another Eden Town Hall at around the end of stage 2 (thursday); ⦁ Keep biweekly structure of SRT and have both Eden Town Hall and Respect game every week (so one typical Eden Fractal event every week); ⦁ Move to weekly cycles, modify SRT accordingly;

Other ideas are welcome.

TP1: Pause Optimism Fractal?

⦁ Lately participation in Optimism Fractal has been going down; ⦁ Councils barely have a few people in them; ⦁ Most contributions I see in Optimism Fractal revolve more around fractal governance and not as much around Superchain. The only association between Superchain and Optimism Fractal currently is that contributors build fractals on the superchain; ⦁ Eden Fractal could use more meetings (see other topics) and more attention from key contributors. It's probably too much for Dan to host both if Eden Fractal gets more meetings; ⦁ Almost all participants to Optimism Fractal come to Eden Fractal too or at least Eden Fractal is as relevant to them as Optimism Fractal is (they focus on governance more than Superchain specifically). I think it will be simpler if we consolidate to Eden Fractal more. It can improve quality and consistency of events. Less confusing for participants.

TP1: Schedule more time for Fractal Nouns?

Fractal Nouns tokenomics sub-topic was proposed two weeks in the row, but we might not be able to give it a fair amount of time this season. Maybe it would make sense to schedule another meeting (in the form of a Town Hall?) to discuss it, since it will be a long break between seasons and the topic is really interesting and important.

TP1: Schedule more time for Agency project?

Ryan Kagy wants to involve Eden Fractal and its participants in his project: https://wl.theagency.vc/ . We could schedule more time to coordinate any help he might need.

More info in the chat: https://t.me/edenfractal/1/5749 .

TP1: Season 12 retrospective

We could take time to reflect on what we achieved this season, what were the problems, what we could improve.
