Currently staff responding to emails are working for free. This is done with the intention of pushing all funding towards building. Unfortunately, email volume is quite large and some responses are needed in a timely matter as it pertains to customs/shipping. I propose that management accommodates the staff working on responding to emails by adding them to payroll. This should be structured through commissions per satisfied inquiry. This would incentivize a timely response and accommodate for time spent reading, responding to emails.
