Treasury Vote!

After seeing some of the non-NFT holders voting, Leo and I wanted to bring in a better solution for everyone so here we are!

We also want to bring as much opportunity to the El Taco community with unique projects to invest in. We have had 2 AMAs over the last few weeks, Fraction Mining and Neo Masterpiece. Fraction Mining AMA is up in 📺content-creators and the Neo Masterpiece AMA will be up as soon as @Karut messages me back.

Again, like the last vote, we will need to reduce a position in a current investment to get into one or both of these new investments.

1. Fraction Mining - Mining project that would give El Taco access to profits from mining rigs. The public membership mint is happening right now. There is a $25/year membership fee + cost of one of their mining NFTs for whatever coin we want to mine. They are going to offer BTC, Lite/Doge, and KDA. BTC is going to be the first NFT that is going to be valued @ $300 each starting December 20th. 70% of the profit is going to be given to the NFT holders; 24% of the profit will be applied to improvement and growth; 6% of the profit will be going to the team and their partners.

2. Neo Masterpiece - This project ties in the movie industry with NFTs and a real stream of revenue outside the crypto world. Their first movie Burden of Guilt is said to be completed by January/February and owners of the NFT will be allowed to participate in the revenue share. Aaron mentioned this movie budget will be around $20,000 and already has Netflix's eye for around $300,000. They also have 3 other projects they are working on this year. With the proceeds of Burden of Guilt, they will invest into Inherited Sin; profits from that will be rolled over to Founder; profits from that will be rolled over to their highly anticipated movie called Groomer. There are 3 different tiers; Tier 1 is Diamond Pass - $35,000; Tier 2 is Platinum Pass - $5,000; Tier 3 is Gold Pass - $500. 20% of the revenue from each film gets paid out quarterly to the holders; 20% of the revenue gets paid to the Neo team; 60% of the revenue goes to the next production piece. The amounts of different avenues to sell movies as well makes this very lucrative with Amazon Prime, Netflix, Hulu, an actual theatre, etc, as well as dubbing and sending to different countries. This team currently has 35 scripts with varying budgets from $50,000 to $4,000,000 and without any additional scripts, at 4-5 movies per year, that is almost 7 years of work. The Founder NFTs are currently available to purchase with payouts starting late Q1 2023.
