Proposal for Traders Incentives PRE-TGE: Token Rewards and Rebates

In line with the previously approved Tokenomics proposal and paving the way for our IDO/TGE, we are now adding some extra incentives for those who have been supporting EMDX and trading on the platform.

Background As we approach the TGE event, we’d like to reward users who have joined us along the way since we launched on mainnet this past June.

Mainly, we are proposing:

Fee rebates EMDX token rewards
