EmergenceDAO Membership Round 2

Proposal to open a new round of framergence donations to EmergenceDAO. The round will be open November 5, 2021 through December 31, 2021. A donation of one (1) framergence, plus .75 ETH will receive 10,000 EMG tokens. Total token allocation capped at 200,000 EMG, one third of the remaining EMG in treasury. If fully allocated, the DAO will receive 20 frams + 15 ETH.
