Multi-Sig Signers

This is a vote to determine signers for the Emergence DAO Gnosis multi-sig wallet. The multi-sig wallet will hold our treasury assets (ETH to begin with) and any post-burn Frams that we vote to keep after burns along with any future collection holdings.

It will be a 4-of-7 multi-sig. This means that any outgoing transactions of any assets in the wallet will have to be signed off by any combination of 4 of the 7 signers' addresses. The 7 members that have volunteered to be signers are as follows:

Vote options for this proposal:

1. Yes: the multi-sig wallet will be created using the addresses of these 7 individuals as the signers
2. No: we will continue to discuss the structure of the multi-sig that will hold our treasury and collection
