EIP 002 - The way forward

In light of recent events, we face the following choices to decide how Empyrean moves forward:

1. Launch a perpetual swap protocol and migrate EMPYR to a new token Perpetual Swaps - one of the most exciting products in crypto with a huge TAM - doesn’t even exist on Aurora yet. We are most excited to work on this and ship it ASAP.

2. Dissolve the treasury The treasury currently holds $1.26M including approximately $900k USDC and $370k USDC in liquidity on Trisolaris. We will distribute the treasury along with funds from the LP pool to EMPYR holders (excluding team).

3. Something else Have more discussion with the community and try to find something else.
