Should we reduce public mint price to 0.07eth?

In effort to raise capital for quicker scaling and starting budget, we believe that reducing the public mint price to 0.07eth would be beneficial. In concert with a marketing push, and a strong OS floor, we think we can raise more capital before shutting down the mint and locking the rest.
