The next 3.8k Miners: Enigma Minions (V3)

Our current vision for releasing the next 3.8k miners is:

MODEL (1): The minions will represent a smaller hashrate than the genesis, but will REQUIRE a genesis miner in order to mine.

Think of the genesis miner (V1 and V2) as a "key" that is required to stake. Having the genesis miner will allow you to begin staking, and having the Minions (V3) will add a hashrate bonus.

Each genesis holder gets the chance to purchase the minions first, then the rest are open to a public sale (price to be determined).

MODEL (2): The minions represent a smaller hashrate and can be staked to mine without a genesis miner. However, staking WITH genesis miner grants the minion a larger hashrate bonus.
