Airdop backers a POAP

I thought it would be cool to airdrop initial $ENIOLA backers a POAP as proof of participating in the raise and also as a goodwill gesture. The POAP will be Pepe the Frog looking out to the horizon with $ENIOLA the distance

I think I know what the result of the vote will but I am excited to use Snapshot... anyways.
