A. Background

On April 3, 2024, a strong earthquake struck near Hualien County, Taiwan, registering a magnitude of ML 7.2 and affecting the entire island. This earthquake caused significant damage in Hualien County, including collapsed buildings and destroyed infrastructure, profoundly impacting the lives of local residents. As of April 5, 2024, there have been numerous casualties and missing persons, and the disaster area urgently needs assistance.

Considering the impact of the earthquake and the urgent needs of the affected area, @VT_BNB, founder of the $Ents project, has proposed the following assistance plans based on the project's current situation and capabilities.

B. Assistance Plan Proposals

Despite facing a series of adversities and being unable to provide substantial financial aid, $Ents project still hopes to contribute within our capacity to the earthquake victims. While our assistance plans are limited, we believe that even modest support can play a significant role in the recovery process of the affected residents. Through these efforts, we aim to provide psychological and moral support, showing our care for the disaster-stricken residents and our commitment to social responsibility.

• Proposal 1: Financial aid of 2,000 USDT, equivalent to about 64,000 New Taiwan Dollars in supplies.

• Proposal 2: Financial aid of 5,000 USDT, equivalent to about 160,000 New Taiwan Dollars in supplies.

• Proposal 3: Financial aid of 9,000 USDT, equivalent to about 290,000 New Taiwan Dollars in supplies.

• Proposal 4: No donations. Given the Ents project's fragile state, we suggest donations only if viable, to maintain project growth and community stability.

C. Voting and Execution

To promptly respond to the urgent situation of the Hualien earthquake in Taiwan, the assistance plans approved by the DAO committee will be put to vote by the entire Ents community. Considering the urgent need for assistance in the disaster area, we have scheduled an accelerated voting timeline:

1. Voting Time: Voting will commence at 00:50 on April 6, 2024, and end at 14:00 on the same day, ensuring that assistance reaches the disaster area as soon as possible.

2. Rapid Execution: Immediately after the vote, the DAO committee will act according to the results to ensure timely provision of the required assistance.

3. Announcement of Results: The final assistance plan and details will be announced through the official Ents Twitter account @EntsBNB at 18:00 on April 6, 2024.

Through this accelerated process, the Ents project hopes to provide timely and effective assistance to the earthquake-stricken area in Hualien, Taiwan, showcasing our community's commitment to charity and support for humanitarian spirit.

鉴于此次地震的影响和灾区的紧迫需求，Ents项目创始人@VT_BNB，基于项目目前的实际情况和能力，向DAO委员会提出以下援助方案。

二、援助方案提议

尽管由于Ents项目遭遇了一系列的磨难，目前无法提供大额的财务援助，我们依然希望能在我们的能力范围内，为灾区同胞贡献一份力量。我们的援助方案虽然有限，但我们相信，即使是小额的支持也能在灾区居民的恢复过程中发挥重要作用。通过这些努力，我们希望能提供心理和精神上的支持，展现我们对灾区居民的关心和对社会责任的承担。

• 提案1：2000USDT的资金援助，相当于6.4万新台币物资；

• 提案2：5000USDT的资金援助，相当于16万新台币物资；

• 提案3：9000USDT的资金援助，相当于29万新台币物资；

• 提案4：目前项目DAO社区处于孱弱状态，建议在有能力的前提下再考虑捐赠，以确保项目的持续发展和社区的稳定。

三、投票与执行

为了迅速响应台湾花莲地震的紧急状况，提出的援助方案已由DAO委员会审核通过，并将提交给整个Ents社区进行投票。鉴于灾区的援助需求迫在眉睫，我们安排了一个加速的投票时间表：

1. 投票时间：投票将于2024年4月6日00:50分开始，直至当天14:00结束，确保援助能尽快到达灾区。

2. 快速执行：投票一经结束，DAO委员会将立即根据投票结果行动，确保无延迟地提供所需援助。

3. 结果公布：在4月6日18:00，我们将通过Ents官方推特账号@EntsBNB公布最终执行的援助方案及相关细节。
