Introduction

Gorilla Funds, in collaboration with Cashlink and Monerium, is seeking to build regulated vaults within Germany, providing a robust framework that once regulated, can be passported to other European nations. This initiative aims to allow investors seamless access to tokenized products within a securely regulated structure, enabling a harmonized flow from Monerium to Cashlink to Enzyme.

Objective

Build Regulated Vaults: Develop investment vaults in Germany that adhere to local and international regulatory standards. Enabling Passporting: Once regulatory approval is achieved in Germany, enable the structures to be utilised within other European jurisdictions. Seamless Financial Flow: Ensure a streamlined process that allows effortless transactions and financial flows from Monerium to Cashlink to Enzyme. Investor Access: Provide investors with access to tokenized products within a regulated and secure framework.

Grant Payment Structure

In recognition of the critical nature and complexity of the task, a funding request of 12,000 MLN is being proposed, with a structured payment plan to ensure milestone adherence and risk mitigation:

  • Upfront Payment: 50% of the grant (6,000 MLN) will be provided upfront to facilitate the initial phase of the project, covering initial costs, resources, and regulatory engagement.
  • Remaining Payment: The residual 50% (6,000 MLN) will be dispensed upon reaching the test milestone, which specifically pertains to the successful testing of the process flow from Monerium to Cashlink to Enzyme.
