Voting on Grant Proposal #11

Proposal Summary;

• Continue building out the Enzyme Vault Management Tool to be more usable in aiding vault managers to auto-manage their portfolios.
• Write documentation for our npm package so that other applications can use the 3 functionalities from the Vault Management Tool.

Team: Not new to us. They were the winners for the DeFi Summer Hackathon organised by Minority Programmers. Their work can be viewed here https://devpost.com/software/enzyme-auto-manager-bot

Compensation:

• $8000 in MLN as compensation.
• The team will use previously received prize money to subsidise gas for testing on main-net with an additional $2,000.
