This proposal will:

Deploy EpochToken: This will deploy the EPOCH token contract and mint 100,000,000 tokens to Epoch DAO.
Deploy EpochAirdrop: This will deploy the airdrop contract and configure as mentioned below.
Transfer 85,942,030.6 tokens into the EpochAirdrop contract.
Burn 14,049,969.40 tokens. (Keep 8,000 EPOCH tokens in the Epoch DAO that can be used to create the WeightedPool balancer liquidity pool in a future proposal)

Transaction 1: Deploy EpochToken: This will mint 100,000,000 EPOCH tokens to Epoch DAO and set the owner to Epoch DAO (0x6d78a40775e06d1037e855e52ccb2fb5762ad3db)

Transaction 2: Deploy EpochAirdrop. This will deploy the airdrop contract with a starting timestamp of 1700064000, ending timestamp of 1707840000. The token used with this airdrop contract will be the newly deployed EpochToken.
