This proposal will:

Deploy EpochToken: This will deploy the EPOCH token contract and mint 100,000,000 tokens to Epoch DAO.
Deploy EpochAirdrop: This will deploy the airdrop contract.

Transaction 1: Deploy EpochToken: This will mint 100,000,000 EPOCH tokens to Epoch DAO and set the owner to Epoch DAO (0x6d78a40775e06d1037e855e52ccb2fb5762ad3db)

Transaction 2: Deploy EpochAirdrop. This will deploy the airdrop contract and set the owner of this new contract to Epoch DAO. Airdrop parameters will be set in a future proposal.
