Islander Assembly Budget: 100k EPOCH, managed by Moai Labs

This proposal (if passed) will mint 100,000 EPOCH and distribute them to Moai Labs.

0% of these tokens would be kept by Moai Labs. Instead, 100% of the EPOCH would be used to reward individuals who join and participate in Islander Assemblys and related Epoch calls.

Tldr: Moai Labs isn't profiting from this.

Every meeting hosted from Jan 12th and later: 20,000 EPOCH per meeting will be distributed at the discretion of Moai Labs based on quality participation.

This is a trial run for 5 assemblies. If for some reason any amount is unused by March 1st, it will be burned.

Note: Moai Labs members are not eligible for these rewards
