Distribute 7.5M EPOCH tokens to Moai Labs for ITO Protocol deployment and compensation for previous services.

Context: Moai Labs is a web3 development agency incorporated in Nevis. Over the last several months, Moai Labs has provided:

Epoch Island website creation and management Epoch Island vEPOCH Smart Contract Development Epoch Island Dapp Design and Front-End Epoch Island Token Design Epoch Island Discord Management Epoch Island Twitter Management Recruitment of 50+ potential Epoch Elders Facilitation of 5+ high quality security audits

This proposal is a request of 7.5M EPOCH tokens to be paid for all past work and services in getting Epoch Island to this point.

In addition to past work, pending the approval of this proposal, Moai Labs will deploy a fully audited version of the ITO Protocol. The ITO protocol is a risk-mitigated crowdfunding mechanism that allows anyone to lock in tokens and receive upside in another token. Any fees generated from the ITO protocol are directed into the Epoch Island Treasury and can be distributed to vEPOCH holders.

Reasons to support this proposal:

1. Give Moai Labs skin in the game At this point in time, Moai Labs LLC holds zero EPOCH tokens and has not been compensated for any work to date. While not required, having exposure to EPOCH tokens will increase incentive for Moai Labs' continous involvement in Epoch Island
2. Potential Revenue for Islanders While the ITO protocol will originally be used to jumpstart Epoch Island Treasury itself, the underlying technology is permissionless and can be used by any other person/project. In doing so, revenue will flow into the Epoch Island Treasury.
3. You appreciate Moai Labs Up until this point, we have appreciated all the Islanders who have supported the creation of Epoch Island. Voting yes for this proposal is a vote of confidence and appreciation for the Moai Labs core contributors. As always, we hope and expect to see questions on Discord revolving this proposal.
