Epoch Expansion Campaign: 1729 Beta Lecture Attendees (1 of 2)

The goal of this proposal is to increase the Epoch Island population with more Islanders that have a deep understanding of Network States and would be able to help Epoch Island achieve its mission of becoming a Network State by the year 2030.

Due to technical limitations of snapshot batch sizes, this proposal has been split into 2 separate proposals. This specific proposal is part 1 of 2. Please vote for both proposals.

If approved, this proposal will mint the 1st half of the 463,372 EPOCH to distribute 1,729 tokens to each of the 1st half of the 268 unique addresses that earned a POAP from any of the first 19 virtual events for the 1729 Beta Lectures.
