Should we migrate Epoch Island's protocol owned liquidity on Arbitrum to Base?

If this proposal passes, the protocol owned liquidity on Arbitrum will be removed from Uniswap, the removed tokens will be migrated to Base, then those tokens on Base will be added to Uniswap with the other existing protocol owned liquidity.
