[xEQB Voting] ePENDLE Bribe Distribution for Epoch #14 (for ETHEREUM xEQB holders)

Unfortunately, in the previous xEQB vote, Ethereum users couldn't cast their votes due to a contract addition mistake. Since changes were not accepted in the current vote, we are opening a new vote exclusively for Ethereum users. Once the voting concludes, the results from both votes will be aggregated and categorized by wallet addresses.

xEQB is available on Arbitrum, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Optimism. Equilibria enables users to vote on multiple chains. Votes will determine which pools ePENDLE will be allocated to as bribes in the upcoming voting period.

xEQB holders will use this vote to decide which pools ePENDLE bribes will be allocated to in the new voting period starting on next Monday.

These bribe rewards are independent of rewards allocated by other protocols.
