This vote is the official vote to form the EtherOrcs DAO. Each EtherOrc If you voted in the first Ether Orcs Vote, you do not need to vote in this poll. If you have assets stakes on L2, this is the vote for you. Please cast your ballot!

Genesis Orc counts as one vote. This vote needs more than 20% of all holders to choose to form the DAO to be successful. Orcs on L1 (ETH) and L2 (Poly) will count toward this vote. Orcs must be in your wallet on either chain by 8 AM CST 2/24/2023 to allow you to vote.

The EtherOrcs DAO is a community effort to continue moving forward, with the EtherOrcs IP and NFT assets. We the community, are choosing to carry forward and not let this project halt development. If you believe the community is strong enough to carry the burden, please vote to form the DAO.
