Ratify Treasury and Smart Contract Members

This proposal is to ratify the DAO Community members and Web3 Community members laided out by the War Council in the discussion post below, to be part of the Multi-Sig for the Treasury Wallet and the Smart Contract Wallet. TLDR;

• Treasury:
  • Signers on this will provide a Nation State ID/Passport to the Treasury Multi-Sig Group for accountability.
