Entitle Ally holders with a Discord role that allows them DAO channel access

Per discussions in the general channels of Discord, below are options to vote on to allow community members who hold allies but not orcs, to gain access to DAO Discord Channels. This does NOT change who can and does vote on snapshots. EtherOrc Genesis Orc holders are the only ones who can vote on snapshots per our ratified Operating Model.

Option 1: Give Ally holders the same Horde role in Discord, allowing access to the DAO category and Channels

Option 2: Give Ally holders a HordeAlly role in Discord which would be a newly created role with similar permissions/viewing to the current Horde role.

Option 3: Do not give access to Horde role nor make a new role for Ally holders.
