[Governance Poll] Adopt minimum account age and post karma to earn $DONUT

We’ve been cracking down on post spam which is great, but I’m afraid the spammers will start targeting the daily thread to farm their donuts via alt account upvotes.

I propose the minimum account post karma be no less than 1000 and minimum account age be no less than 60 days to be included in monthly $DONUT distributions.

These thresholds may be subject to change at discretion of the moderators.

This moderator clause would prevent needing a new governance proposal to restructure the minimum account age/post karma requirements.

• Most of the major spammers/bots responsible for taking half of the last distribution have high comment karma but low post karma, and have an account less than 60 days old.

Additional benefits to these thresholds include:

•Workload taken off the moderators by denying the incentive for bots to spam the subreddit.

•Genuine newcomers to the subreddit would still be able to interact in r/ethtrader and would encourage "lurkers" to engage and contribute to the community.
