[Governance Poll]Donut halving.

The last halving was about 2 years ago in May

This poll would be about donut issuance halving.

This would not involve liquidity providing on mainnet and gnosis, because I think those are still low, so just the issuance from 4m/month to 2m/month.

As I see, the majority of the sub is just dumping the farmed donuts instantly, we can see this on the price, so I think a lot of us would vote "YES" to this proposal who are hoarding donuts for governance/tipping or just because its a nice meme token :)

We could maybe incentivize a lot more people to COLLECT and USE donuts, not just FARM it for a few dollars every month with this poll. Poll:
